Volland Electric’s gearbox service team has many years of experience rebuilding and servicing gearboxes and speed reducers. Complemented by our in-house machine shop and 500ton hydraulic press we can handle your repairs on an expedited basis.

·        Basic reconditioning (new bearings and seals)

·        Complete remanufacturing service (new gear sets, shafts, bearings, seals)

·        Gearbox speed (ratio) changes

·        Preventative maintenance

o       Vibration spectrum analysis for worn gears

o       Lubrication oil analysis
